For the time being, Tallink Takso has been offering its services for 3 years already. Our taxi fleet has grown to 125 vehicles and more than 250 taxi drivers are being employed by us. This is obviously only thanks to you – our clients, and we thank you for having chosen Tallink Takso to be your partner. We hope to be a good service provider to you also in the future.
In order to ensure our availability in special situations and periods of higher demand (for instance, around Midsummer Day or Christmas), we have launched Express line; when you call the number 900 1921, your call will have top priority (the price for an express order is 3 EUR, to which the price of communications service will be added).
The objective of Tallink Takso is to always offer our clients the best taxi service, thereby taking into account the clients’ expectations concerning comfort, security and flexibility. We pay special attention to the quality of our service. We therefore greatly appreciate if you have drawn or will draw our attention to possible dissonances in our service. We on our behalf promise to always react quickly and with high demands to our employees.
Allow us to remind you briefly of some of the key factors of our service, which have been received especially well by our clients:
• in order to ensure our availability in special situations and periods of higher demand (for instance, around Midsummer Day or Christmas), we have launched Express line; when you call the number 900 1921, your call will have top priority (the price for an express order is 3 EUR, to which the price of communications service will be added);
• the time of arrival of our taxis is approximately 10 minutes (day and night), while a modern ordering centre allows to book a taxi in advance for a certain time to a certain place without a fee;
• even though our quick service area is Tallinn and its vicinity, we take our clients also to more remote destinations and offer an opportunity based on flexible pricing to use a taxi in the case of longer trips;
• in order to organise our work to run smoothly, we take orders for all services day and night (24/7) also by phone, as well as via our internet webpage, in addition to the dispatcher centre;
• when paying for a trip with a VIP card at your disposal, you’ll get a full account of your trips at the beginning of the next month and also actually pay for them in the next month. |
