** When calling a fixed rate (normal price) is applied, the cost of calling to the landline numbers for customer service depends on your operator, according to the call rates set by your telephone operator. The cost of calling to landline numbers for customer service when traveling abroad is largely dependent on the country and your operator. With most packages, when traveling in the European Union, you can call and use the Internet at the same price as in Estonia, but you need to check the conditions of your personal package. You cannot call short numbers from abroad.

*** Calling rates set by telephone operators (info has been verified as of August 31, 2018; see the price list for calling service numbers on your operator's pages):
- When calling service numbers in Telia Eesti AS network the fixed rate, i.e. the normal price is applied: from mobile phone 0,2278 €/minute including VAT, from landline the price for starting the call is 0,0312 €/time + 0,0222 €/minute including VAT. When calling service numbers with a normal price there is no separate notification about price of the call - the price is fixed in Telia's price list. The cost of making calls to service numbers does not depend on the customer service package selected, but is the same for all callers.
- In Elisa Eesti AS network the normal price for calling the service numbers is 0,30 €/min.
- In Tele2 Eesti AS network the normal price for calling the service numbers is 0,23 €/min.
